Understand priorities, solve problems & drive results.
Ensure management of staff and work-strategy is focused on effectively achieving top priorities.
Leverage planning expertise to ensure the successful execution of operations.
Develop staff through meaningful training sessions and coaching conversations informed by observed performance across each employee's responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSExperienced manager or leader with demonstrated portfolio experience (i.
e.
, restaurant management, wholesale or retail kitchen leadership, etc.
)Ability to create and execute detailed workflows that include staff scheduling, inventory management and goal calendaring.
Ability to lead and develop staff with a proven track record of coaching high-performing teamsAbility to be flexible, navigate ambiguity, and adapt knowledge and experience to the needs of the business and staff.

years of kitchen experience managing P&L, inventory, and operations.
