) We are looking for nursing assistants with the following strengths:
Someone who is easily engages with seniors, our visitors and the Martha & Mary team in a kind, positive and supportive manner, like family.
Someone who is able to provide direct quality care to nursing home residents in a compassionate and professional manner.
Someone who is trained to assist residents with activities of daily living, which may include assistance with personal care, bathing, toileting, dressing, and assistance with mobility, positioning and transfers.
Able to accurately obtain and record vital signs, meal/nourishment intake of residents, and record/communicate information as appropriate.

Paid Time Off (PTO) is accrued at varying rates depending on length of employment.
Accrual rates begin at 5.
32 hours per month based on a 40-hour workweek.
